MACARONS:



Hello every body, and welcome back on my blog! Today, I hope you're Hungry because we're talking about: Macarons! After have read this post, this cute and sugary confectionary won't have secrets for you anymore...

where do they come from:

First of all, macarons have been created a long time ago, in Europe, but they were not the same as they are today. They didn't have colours or particular taste. Italia, they started looks like today's macarons. They passed in France to know a huge evolution, anh have a really great success. So today, everybody thinks that macarons come from France, but we don't know where they really come from. Anyway, macarons are really famous in France, and you can actually find them in different big brand shops like Laduree.

How are they made?:

Originally, macarons are only the top part and the bottom part of the confectionary. they are biscuits, but today, everybody knows the macaroons as a little sandwich with cream in it.

As I just said, macarons are composed of two biscuits with cream in it. you usually change the crème's flavour to give different taste to your macarons. You also usually change the colour of the biscuits. 

the biscuits is made with almond powder, icing sugar, and Italian meringue. the most difficult parts in the realization, are the sirop ( to make the Italian meringue), and the cooking part. 

For the crème you can find different recipes, it could be a crème patissiere, or only a jam, depending on the flavour you choose.
