Churros

CHURROS

Hey guys today we're going to be talking about churros, so let's get started...

Where does it come from?:
Churros are small delicious and long beignets rolled in sugare and sometimes in cinnamon. They come straight from each Spain. Today, you can probably find them in every other country. It s topically in fairs and market that you could taste them. Their are often sold in vans shops or some sort of artisanal stand. Originally, Spanish people would eat them with a thick hot chocolate, but it depense of the people, some might like them plain...

How are they made?:
Churros are made from a famous "pate a choux"  which is only, water, butter, pinch of salt, flour, and if you want some sugare. But instead of being cook in a oven, which will make eclairs, they are fried in oil and straight after rolled in sugare. That is why they are so crazy crunchy and soft in the inside.

Best recipe?:
The best recipe I have tried so fare was the one frame Odelice:
-100g water
- 1 pinch of salt
-100 g of flour
- a few spoon of sugare

1.boile the water with the salt. Put an aroma if you which. Put the flour in it and mix until the mixture becomes soft. Add the sugare.
2.cook your churros into a fried pan. For that put your dough into a socket pocket. Pull on the pocket and drop some in the oil. Let's cook a few seconds until they are a little brown. Take them out and role them directly in sugare.

As you see, it is a really easy recipe, hope you'll enjoy it...
